
During the awards ceremony tomorrow, there will be tables set up with lost and found items. Please make sure you check the tables for your students' lost items from this year. Anything left over will be taken to a donation center.

End of the Year awards' assembly will be tomorrow, Thursday, May 11th in the old gym. The elementary awards will be begin at 9:00am with JH/HS following after at around 10:15 to 10:30 am.

All chrome books, chargers , and library books need to be returned ASAP.
If a book is lost, Priscilla will have a cost for the student. If a Chromebook charger is not returned, the cost is $15.00. If a Chromebook is lost the cost is $400.

LeFlore Public Schools will be virtual on Wednesday, May 3rd. We will resume in person instruction on Thursday May 4th.

Congratulations to our Academic Team. They placed 13th in the nation for NAQT. This is an amazing accomplishment for our school. These students have spent countless hours preparing and we are so proud.


We will be providing summer school for students entering 1st - 6th grade who are enrolled in our district. The focus of the summer school will be to provide intense remediation in math and reading. We will be providing breakfast and lunch, however we will not be providing transportation. Dates will be May 15 - Jun 1 from 8:00 - 3:00.

We have completed all OSTP and CCRA testing for the 22-23 school year.
Thank you to all the teachers, paraprofessionals, students, and parents who helped make the process go smoothly this year. It makes my job easier when I have so many dedicated people working together to get it done.

Congratulations to Sara Ellis.
She won 1st place in the State USA Skills competition in Cosmetology. She will now compete in Nationals in Atlanta Georgia.

The Juniors and Seniors will be going on a Gear-Up trip to Carl Albert on Wednesday, April 26th. The bus will leave at 8:15 am.

Beginning on Monday, April 24th we will be checking in devices that have been issued to students. Please have your child bring their bag, device and charger to school.

Grades 4, 5, 7, and 8 will begin state testing on Thursday, April 20th at 8 am. Grade 6 will begin on Monday, April 24th at 8 am.
4th Grade will test the 20th and 24th.
5th Grade will test the 20th, 24th, and 25th.
6th Grade will test the 24th and 25th.
7th Grade will test the 20th and 24th.
8th Grade will test the 20th, 24th, and 25th.
It is very important that students are at school during testing to reduce the amount of makeup tests. It is also important that students get a good nights rest before testing and eat a healthy breakfast the morning of the test.

Baseball districts will be tomorrow at Cameron. We play Oaks Mission at 1:00pm then we play Cameron at 5:00pm. Softball districts are also tomorrow at home. Games will start at noon but we play at 1:30 pm against the loser of game one.

State testing for 3rd grade begins tomorrow. Testing will begin at 8:00 am.

Parents with children receiving free or reduced school meals are invited to apply for the Chickasaw Nation Summer EBT program.
The program offers both First American and non-First American students enrolled in participating schools that receive free or reduced meals with food throughout the months May, June, and July.
Qualifying families will receive benefits on an EBT card that will work just like a debit card.
