In order to make up the two days that school was closed due to inclement weather, the following dates have been added as distance learning days: Friday, January 26th and Friday, February 2nd.
The Elementary ballgames scheduled for Wednesday have been cancelled.
Group pictures will be Wednesday January 24th. This will include classes and organizations.
Basketball Schedule Updates
1/22 - JH Cancelled
1/23 - JH and HS at Whitesboro beginning at 4:00 pm.
1/24 - JH at Home vs. Monroe beginning at Noon.
1/25 - JH and HS at Home vs. Kinta beginning at 4:00 pm.
Due to the Ice Storm Warning issued by the National Weather Service and the potential for hazardous roads and power outages, LeFlore Schools will be closed on Monday, 1/22/2024. This day will be made up at a later date.
Due to continued hazardous road conditions within the district and cold temperatures, LeFlore Public Schools will not be in session on Thursday, January 18th. This day will be made up at a later date. Classes will resume on Monday, January 22nd pending no additional inclement weather.
Due to continued hazardous road conditions, Wednesday January 17th will be a virtual learning day.
The HS County Tournament games scheduled for today have been cancelled. The current plan is to start games on Wednesday. A new bracket will be posted later today.
Due to hazardous road conditions and extreme cold temperatures, LeFlore Public Schools with have distance learning on Tuesday, January 16th.
The H. S. County tournament games for Monday have been canceled. Tournament hosts will assess Tuesday's situation by 10:00am on Tuesday.
The LeFlore High School academic team took the OSSAA Class “A” Area Champion title for the 5th year running, securing their 7th consecutive time to qualify for the State Tournament.

The JH County Tournament Boy's Consolation game has been moved to Saturday at 11:00 am at Howe.
As previously scheduled on the school calendar, there will be no school on Friday, January 12th and Monday January 15th is a virtual day in observance of Martin Luther King Day. We will monitor the weather and make any necessary determinations on Monday.
Due to the threat of inclement weather during the morning commute and in the best interest of safety for our students and staff, LeFlore Public Schools will transition to distance learning on January 9th. The elementary ballgames will be postponed and a determination on the JH and HS basketball games will be made tomorrow afternoon.
