Our phone system is not answering correctly at this time. We have placed a support call with our phone system company. Hopefully it will be back up soon.
From October 17 - October 28 bus routes 1 and 2 will be combined in the afternoon only. This may result in your child arriving home 5-10 minutes late. Morning routes will be the same as they currently are.
Senior FAFSA night will be Monday, October 17th from 4:00 - 7:00 in the Library. Gear-Up and LeFlore Schools will be helping seniors and parents complete their Financial Aid packet. Students and parents will need to bring their completed 2021 Federal Tax Forms.

Applications open for Summer EBT

Beginning, Monday October 3rd, 7th-12th grades will eat breakfast in the cafeteria. The breakfast bell will ring at 7:45 and students will have until 8:00 to eat breakfast. We feel that this change will allow JH and HS students to have more breakfast choices.

Thank you to Mr. Rob Lambert for his generous donation to LeFlore Public Schools. This donation will help provide school breakfast and lunch for students who do not qualify for free lunches.

We are starting up a 4-H organization at the school. Please refer to the attached flyer for more information.

Students in grades 8-12 will be participating in the University of Oklahoma’s Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS). This is a no-cost program. Pre-ETS specialists from the University of Oklahoma will visit with each class for one hour, once per month, to provide activities to assist with successful transition from high school to post-secondary education/training or work upon graduation. Activities will focus on Job Exploration, Work-based Learning, Postsecondary Education, Workplace Readiness and Self-Advocacy and are provided based on individual need and interest. If you do not wish for your student to participate, please email Becky Deatherage at bdeatherage@leflore.k12.ok.us in order to opt-out of the program.
There has been a change in tomorrow’s elementary games. 5th and 6th grade girls ONLY will NOT be playing. All other games are still on.
We have a current opening for a full time maintenance/yard work person and for a full time paraprofessional/substitute. Please fill out an application in the Superintendent's office if you are interested. Office hours this week are Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 3:00pm. EOE.
Sports pictures will be Tuesday, September 6th. All students who play softball or baseball need to bring their suits for pictures.
Senior Tux and Cape pictures will also be September 6th and seniors need to bring $20 for the sitting fee.
