Potential hand for someone!
Beginning April 6th, our school will be administering tests through the Oklahoma School Testing Program (OSTP). These tests are required each year in grades 3-8 and High School Juniors. LeFlore Public Schools will have in-person instruction on Wednesday, February 24th. Thursday, February 25th will be a virtual day due to our boys advancing to the Area Tournament.

Please pass the word. Tomorrow (Mondays) regional games have been moved back to Henryetta. All the rules for entry still apply. They just told me they have an 85% chance of having water when games start. Biggest effect of that is bathrooms. Please plan accordingly.

LeFlore Public Schools will not be in session on Wednesday, February 17th and Thursday, February 18th due to the weather. These two days will be snow days. No distance learning. We will resume with face to face instruction on Monday, February 22nd.

Today’s district tournament games have been postponed until tomorrow. The new schedule is our girl’s play at 1:00 with our boys playing at 5:00.

At this time we have not dismissed school. However, we ask that families use their best judgement on bringing their children to school or letting your child drive to school. We are continuing to monitor the weather and will be posting updates.

The Elementary Valentine's Day parties will be Thursday at 1:30 pm. Parents will not be allowed to attend due to COVID restrictions. However, parents may have gifts delivered to the elementary office for PreK-6th and to the high school office for 7th-12th. The deliveries will then be taken to the students at 2:00 pm. Pease be aware that balloons are not allowed on the busses.

State HS Academic competition
The High School Academic team has placed 3rd in the State tournament. We have attended the State tournament the last 4 years and placed every year. Our Savages have done our LeFlore community proud!
