We know that many parents and students have had questions about virtual Fridays, so we wanted to post some clarification. Currently, our calendar has virtual Fridays scheduled for the first Friday of every month. All other other Fridays during the month are not instructional days. Our first virtual Friday will be September 4th. Students will be considered in attendance on a virtual day if they complete the assignments for the day. Teachers will communicate with the student what their assignment will be, prior to the virtual day. These assignments may be online or could consist of a packet being sent home on the Thursday before the virtual day. More information will be shared with students next week as the first virtual day approaches.
