We have had a great response to our offering of internet hotspots. We do have a few devices remaining. If you are interested in a hotspot, you can pickup an application in Mrs. Deatherage's office Mon-Thurs from 8:00-3:00.

The Junior High and High School softball games have been rescheduled to tomorrow, March 26th. At this time, we do not have any revised brackets. The Junior High baseball game for today has been rescheduled to next Thursday, April 1st at 4:30pm.

LeFlore Schools is pleased to announce that we have received a grant to provide internet hotspots to qualified families. The application has been sent home, however applications can also be completed during Parent-Teacher conferences in Mrs. Deatherage's office. If the application is approved, the device must be picked up by a parent or legal guardian.

If your student is interested in drivers education this summer, please tell them to sign the sign up sheet on Katie's door tomorrow. This a survey to see how many students are interested. Please sign up if interested, we are determining whether or not to have the class. Thank you.

The JH and HS softball games for today have been cancelled.

All elementary baseball and softball games for March 23rd have been cancelled.

We have an opening for a JH/HS Math teacher for next school year 21-22. Qualified candidate must have a current Oklahoma teaching certificate. Please send resume, certificate, transcripts and references to Bill Neyman, Superintendent at bneyman@leflore.k12.ok.us. EOE

Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held Thursday, March 25th from 3:40pm - 9:40pm.

Currently, LeFlore County is in a Yellow status for COVID cases. For the week of March 22-25, masks are recommended but not required. We ask that students still practice social distancing when possible.

Please come out and support the 2021 Senior Class Tuesday- Labor Auction! These kiddos can be bid on in singles, doubles and even a couple of triples. 6:30 in the HS gym!


Beginning April 6th, our school will be administering tests through the Oklahoma School Testing Program (OSTP). These tests are required each year in grades 3-8 and High School Juniors.

LeFlore Public Schools will have in-person instruction on Wednesday, February 24th.
Thursday, February 25th will be a virtual day due to our boys advancing to the Area Tournament.

High School Application Deadline to Kiamichi Tech for 21-22 school year is March 1, 2021. Online applications can be found at www.ktc.edu/poteau.

Due to the Regional Tournament, we will not have school on Tuesday, February 23rd. We will resume in-person learning on Wednesday.
