Pandemic Electronic Benefits Transfer (P-EBT) is a program that helps children who would have received free or reduced-price meals at their schools if not for the COVID-19 pandemic. There is no application process for these benefits. Families will receive benefits automatically if their school has identified to OSDE that a student qualifies. If you did not receive your card by Oct. 15, 2021 and believe that your child qualifies, you will need to fill out an application at https://sde.ok.gov/pebt. If you need your child's STN to complete the application, please email Mrs. Deatherage at bdeatherage@leflore.k12.ok.us.

Flu shots from the Choctaw Nation have been rescheduled for November 9th at 9:00 am. Forms have already been sent home for the flu shots. But if you need another form, we can send one home with your child. Please make sure the forms are filled out and turned in beforehand. Otherwise, your child will not be able to receive the shot.
