Just a reminder that physicals for 7th - 12th athletes are tomorrow, August 1st at 8:00am in the new gym. The cost is $10.00 and a parent is required to be with the student to sign forms for the physical.

Any student that will be driving to school this year, will need to see Mr. Smith on Tuesday, July 30 between 8:00 - 3:00. Students will need to bring their drivers license and insurance verification.

Kdg - 8th will not pre-enroll unless the student is new to the district. Pre-enrollment for new students will be July 31st 9am-1pm. Class

Please do not allow your child to contact Ms. Katie, or any school employee, via text or social media, as this goes against the guidelines of the new law concerning student/staff communications. If you need to contact any employee of the school, please use the proper forms of communication, such as school email, call the school at 918-753-2345, or Parent Square once it is up and running. Athletic Physicals will be held on August 1st at 8:00am. Cost will be $10 per student athlete. All OSSAA paperwork will be distributed then as well.

On July 11th, the softball and baseball teams will be hosting a fundraiser auction in the old gym, beginning at 5:30pm. There will be a fish fry and lots of items to bid on to help our teams. Come out and support our teams and enjoy a fun evening.

Starting Monday July the 8th, no traffic will be permitted on the school parking lot due to construction. We will inform you when it is back open.

**IMPORTANT**
House Bill 3958 became effective on July 1st. This bill states that certain communication with a student must include the student's parent or guardian, except for emergencies. School employees will only be able to communicate with students using certain school-approved platforms. We are in the process of determining what those approved communication platforms will be. Electronic or digital communication including, but not limited to, personal emails, text messages, instant messages, direct messages, and social media messages between a school employee and a student are prohibited without inclusion of the parent or guardian. Until the school has determined approved platforms, digital communication should come from parents or guardians.

Students taking Drivers Ed next week will need to bring their lunch. There will be a microwave available to heat items but not a fridge to store any cold items.

OSSAA Announcement


If your student signed up for Driver's Education for the summer, class begins on July 1st. Students need to enroll and pay for the class at 7:30am on July 1st in Ms. Katie's office. The cost for the class is $100.00. Class begins immediately at 8:00 am in the Science classroom of the High School building.

Enrollment for PreK 4 years and 3 years olds will be July 1st and July 2nd, 9:00 am to noon each day. Please bring birth certificate and CDIB cards if applicable. Enrollment will be in the High School office with Ms. Katie.
